About SEC Form 13F

What is 13F?

A quarterly report filed by US managers with $100M+ in assets. It discloses long positions in US-listed equities, options, and convertibles.

What's missing?

No shorts, bonds, private assets, or non-US holdings. Filings arrive ~45 days after quarter-end, so positions may have changed.

How to use it?

Search a stock to see its owners, or open a fund to see every position and quarter-over-quarter changes. Research only — not investment advice.
